Blair Che
Founder, Head of operations
It all began with an idea.
Blair was in the hospitality and coffee industry for over 15 years while living in Japan, and after working as a store manager at one of the biggest coffee companies in the states, she found out the idea of having a coffee cart business. After some researches, a handmade coffee cart was born out of the garage in the last month of 2025.
Coffee has always been a big part of Blair, and putting smiles on people’s face with coffee is the biggest reason for her to leave the manager job and start her own.
Now, Blair is doing what she loves the most while crafting the best beverages at each event and popup.
